Are downloaded images HD?
Yes. AliDownPro pulls the original master image (typically 1,000–2,000 px on the long edge) directly from the supplier CDN — not the resized 350×350 thumbnail visible on the page. You get the same resolution the seller uploaded.
Can I download review photos and product videos?
Yes. AliDownPro categorizes media into four buckets: main gallery, SKU variant images, customer review photos, and product videos (MP4). All four come down in a single ZIP — no extra clicks.
Will AliDownPro add a watermark?
Never. Files come straight from the source CDN. No watermark, no overlay, no compression. You can use them in Shopify listings, Amazon FBA, Etsy, Meta and TikTok ads without any post-processing.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. AliDownPro.com is fully responsive — paste a URL in mobile Chrome or Safari and download as ZIP just like on desktop. The Chrome extension is desktop-only (browser limitation), but the web app covers mobile completely.
How long does an extraction take?
Average extraction time is under 2 seconds per product thanks to edge caching and parallel workers. SPA-rendered sites like AliExpress occasionally take 5–8 seconds when we trigger the fallback browser pipeline.
Is it legal to download product images?
Personal research, comparison shopping, and educational use are generally fine. For commercial use (listing on your own store, ads), confirm the rights with the supplier first — Alibaba-group sellers typically grant resellers full image rights on request.
